Hi Everyone!

I have recently acquired an unused (!) Wollensak Rapax 'synchromatic' shutter, and am trying to find out which lenses were fitted to it in the past. The front threads are approx 24mm diameter, whilst the rear is slightly larger - about 25.5mm. The mounting ring is 30mm.

Can anyone suggest suitable lens elements, and what their coverage is?

Well the Rapax is the Wolley name for the Graphex (no L) shutter they built for Graflex (no ph)---

So I suspect the 127mm& the 135mm optar would fit. But now you have to find a mind lens in a pooped shutter. I've also seen 6" ex Wid Dagors in them too. These would cover 6x8 stopped down.

do a search for (rapax, graphex,Graflex) on ebay and see what you can find.
