I have a 4X5 Crown Graflex (without focal plane shutter). I read that this camera did not have a focal plane shutter so that wider angle lenses could be accommodated. Does anyone know if the 90mm is the widest angle that this camera can accommodate? _________________ SEA Speed Shooter

The 4x5 Crown Graphic's minimum extension, also called flange-to-film distance and flange-focal distance, is 52.4 mm. Any lens with a longer flange-focal distance can be used on the camera.
This includes many, not all, modern 65 mm lenses that cover 4x5 and some of the shorter ones. The first post in this
