Sorry I keep posting so many new topics, but while restoring my Miniature Speed Graphic, I keep seeing a new problem every day. Tonight, while removing the front standard from its track, I discovered that the seam of the bellows is coming unglued along the bottom. This apparently isn't affecting light-tightness so far, but it obviously has to be fixed, and it looks like it just needs regluing with contact cement.
This would be an easy job if I could take rear of the bellows off of the camera, but doing the job with the bellows in place would be rather awkward. So does anyone know if the attachment of the bellows in the back is done with screws, or are the bellows glued in place? If glued, I guess I'll repair the bellows in place rather than unglue them. |
