Assuming your camera has a Graflok back, you can use the Fuji holder PA-145 or the Polaroid 405 holder. Only problem is, these are rather expensive on ebay.
With my Super Graphic, I'm using the Fuji PA-145 holder and Fuji FP-100c film. Works great. |

I also seen some Fuji PA-45 adapters they look to be very similar. What is the difference between the PA-45 and the PA-145? Also I have a Fuji "Quick-Loader" what kind of film does it take? It seems to be made for some sort of film that can be loaded and handled in daylight, but still developed in the darkroom by conventional techniques.

The PA-45 film holder is for the larger size 4x5 instant film that Fuji does not make anymore.
I have never used Quick Loads, but that was apparently a way to avoid loading film in film holders yourself. You could buy the film pre-loaded in thin paper sleeves. That's no longer being made by Fuji. But the New55 project has something similar. Just search for "New55 1SHOT Ready Loaded Sheet Film". Don't know if that works in your Fuji Quickload holder, New55 is recommending the Polaroid holder for their film instead. |

The PA-145 is for the smaller size 3.25x4.25 instant film that you can actually still buy (such as fp-100c). |

These backs *do not* require a Graflok back equipped camera.
They slip under the back the 4X5 cameras just like any other film holder.
