Hello,
I have a Graflarger back but unfortunately the power unit is shot.
A modern flourescent ballast should prove an ideal way to power the lamp.
But I need more info about the tube before I can continue.
Can anybody give me some specs about the Aristo tube that this unit uses?
Specifically how many watts it is rated for and the required voltage?
I.E. Not the line voltage but the inverted voltage, should be about 300-450 volts.
Perhaps a fellow Graflarger owner could kindly give me a voltage reading (carefully!!!) via a multimeter? _________________ "I would like to see Paris before I die... Philadelphia will do..." |

Well, I couldn't find any info...
So I melted the potting compound around the transformer and then soldered new wires to the transformer... I then remelted the potting compound and poured it back over the refitted transformer.
Now the Graflarger works perfectly! _________________ "I would like to see Paris before I die... Philadelphia will do..." |
