HI,
just bought a beautiful Busch-Pressman D outfit with four lenses, holders, adapt-A-roll etc...
I'm very pleased with the camera, very well built and in fantastic conditions.
Only, I found the ground glass very dark, I don't know if it's original, it missing the format marks on it, anyway, where I can find a much brighter glass for my camera?
Also, there is a mirror angle finder for the pressman D model, original or to adapt like the Linhof, Horseman etc..?
Many thanks for your help.
Giorgio from Italy. |

If you remove the ground glass from the focus frame, wash it in warm soapy water using your finger tips only to rub it with, rinse well and dry you will find it to be 1 to 2 stops brighter than it currently is.
Kalart and Hugo Meyer side rangefinders were used on all makes of press cameras. _________________ The best camera ever made is the one that YOU enjoy using and produces the image quality that satifies YOU. |
