I have been looking for information for re-attaching the curtain to the bottom roller. There is, hopefully, someone that could help me with this procedure. Thanks in advance. |

It's glued to the roller. I don't know what kind of glue was used originally. Probably some kind of shellac based goo. It almost looks like sealing wax, if you're od enough to remember that. I had to re-attach the curtain on a Speed Graphic a while back. Same thing, basically. I used Liquid Electical Tape. I brushed a thin coat on the end of the curtain and on the roller, then held it in place with a piece of sponge rubber with waxed paper between it and the roller. A wait of 24 hours or more is advised before rolling it up or putting tension on it. Very strong stuff. I have also used 3-M automotive weather strip adhesive. The yellow kind is best. You should be able to see where the curtain end was attached to the roller originally, but not always. Get it glued on, then if you need more help, let us know. _________________ Glenn
