I'm finding that my grafmatic is putting annoying scratches on the edges of my film- any advice, things to check, etc? Septums seem pretty flat, and I'm not sure whether it's happening while loading or during use. I've only used it twice, so maybe I just need more practice loading it. |

Rob;
I had that problem once. In my case it was a little bit of sand that had gotten into the unit. A careful visual inspection of each part of the unit should reveal this if it is the cause of your problem.
The cure for me was a thorough cleaning out of the unit body, each septum, and the drawer/darkslide with a mini vacuum cleaner.
Hope that is all it takes to cure your problem.
