Priner ready version. Right click each of the 4 links and select Save target as or open and save picture as (windows). Print print 1 (1st thumbnail) at full page at standard 8 1/2 x 11. Maintaining the same top of page orientation turn the page over and print print 1 back (2nd thumbnail). Insert a new sheet of paper and print print 2 (3rd thumbnail). Maintaining the same top of page orentation turn paper over and print print page 2 back (4th thumbnail). Cut each page in half at the horizional center. Fold each half page in the verticle center. Assemble in order and staple at the center. Trim excess border of the side of the pages if desired and the resulant pamplet will be approximately 1/8 inch larger than the origional.
