Hi I just purchased a RH-10 back. I have a 4x5 Crown Graphic with a 135mm Optar. from what ive read here i believe that i need a #10 mask is that correct? and if that is correct, where can i purchase the mask i need? Thanks. |

Check the main page of Graflex.org for sellers of Graflex equipment. MidWest Photo usually has a good stock.
There's lots of good stuff there [main page] worth the time of reading.

I assume you intend to hand hold the camera with the smaller format roll film back. Provided you have the 4x5 mask in place for the 135 lens, you will find that the GG covers a larger area than that of the mask. Same goes for the wire sports finder. If close is good enough, simply center your target image. I use roll backs, sometimes, but GG focus, and have marked the meduim format with a fine sharpie on my GG for this. For the view finder, black art masking tape works well as a temporary mask, but requires more attention than simply sliding in the Graflex part, and I would recomend comparing to the GG off of a support before running off to make images.
