I have some septums that I thought were for a 4x5 Grafmatic, but the jam when you try and cycle them (dark slide refuses to slip under septum. I subsequently noticed they are a tad thinner than Grafmatic septums - a stack of 7 is slightly thinner than a stack of 6 grafmatics. Apart from the thickness they look very similar. Could these be bagmag septums?
Any ideas appreciated.

If they have numbers on the back, for example, 1 thru 12, they are for a bag mag. What I personally think they might be are septums for a Kinematic. They were similar to Grafmatics but held ten septums, which would have had to be thinner to fit a holder the same thickness as the Grafmatic.

No numbers on the back. I think you are right - they must be for a Kinematic. I have ten of them which makes sense.
Many thanks. |
