Syncronizing rangefinder and groundglass focus

I'm new to to Speed Graphics--My speed Graphic is a 4x5 with 4.5/152 supermatic (x) lens/shutter. The camera has focus stops on the rails, and the Kalart rangefinder and groundglass agree at infinity focus. As the focus moves in from infinity, the rangefinder and groundglass focus don't match. Is there a way to correct for this? I assume that the groundglass focus is correct.

It sounds like the kalart rangefinder is adjusted for a different lens. check this website for adjusting a kalart rangefinder. It's not particularly difficult, but it is time consuming.
