Does anyone out there in Graflex-land have the instructions for one of these? I see what the various Graphic Graflex Photography volumes say about it, but I'd love to get a copy of the actual instructions. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I KNOW there's some good use I can make of this, even if I have no fingerprints to photograph! |

I don't have the original instruction but I can give you a good start. I think they made them for different focal lenghts or used adapter tubes so one size fit the 127 and 135. I've only seen one ******* and he wanted more than a camera.
In anycase if you have one and a lens to match, attach the focuser to the lens, put it up against something, now with the rails rolled all the way back and any other infinity stopped folded down, pull the standard out and fiddle with it until the object is sharp and lock the standard down. Now make a mark on the rails, add infinity stops, etc so you can get back there.
At this point you can now take you camera to any object stick it up till the focuser touches and shoot. It'll be 1:1 and in focus. |

Thanks Larry. I'll do just that. I just naturally assumed they were gone. Once again: often wrong but never in doubt! |

Response from Faurot:
"I am sorry to say, we do not have any of the information on that product
anymore. Especially after our move last year from New York to North
Carolina, many of the discontinurd products info was discarded."
So, only missed it by a year! |
