If you are asking about the AC adapter (Cat.# 4-1361) you probably have a broken lead. This can be checked with a ohm meter.
The circuit is very simple, a transformer to step up the line voltage from 115VAC to aprox. 600VAC and a pair of diodes to half wave retify to 450VDC.
The reason I suspect it's a brocken lead is that this is the most common failure mode due to a design flaw. The Ac pins are not well secured in the package and will flex with repeated pluging and unpluging, that coupled with short leads from the transformer core will often cause thes thin leads to break. If the lead going in to center of the core breaks you can forget trying to repair it.
If some one has a source for a replacement adapter I would be very interested,
Best regards,
Wolf

Do you need a diagram for the Strobe 250 charger or for the Booster/Analyzer?
