I too am new to this site... I just got a Graflex RB Series B 2 1/4 X 3 1/4 camera but it does not have a back. I found the right size film holders on eBay and when I received them I discovered that they had no edge groves so they will not work with my "slider" style back. Do "Graphicmatic" backs work and or does anyone know where I can find film holders that will work. I really want to use this camera. It is in great shape and would be a waste to just collect dust. Thanks for any help anyone can share with me. - Ragnar

The Graflex SLR cameras use what is called Graflex Back. In addition to the groves in the sides the light trap ridge is on the camera back and the valley is on the film holder. There should be both film holders and grafmatics in 2x3 graflex
but they will be rare. Many sellers do not know the difference between the holder types and often label them incorrectly. In 4x5 the graflex film holders are about 1/4 inch wider than normal but I'm not sure if the same is true for 2x3. Request pictures of both sides if ordering on line from sellers not familuar with Graflex equipement. Refer to the home page, Related web sites.
