I wouldn't want to put my tongue to either of the hot connections on the 770 charger/AC supply. One is neutral and the other two each show 150-160 VDC and 350-360VAC, each measured from the neutral connection. Of course this is unloaded...but surprisingly high voltage for a "wallwart" that charges or substitutes for 8 sub-C nicads. This is the one Strobonar I have that required no repair other than replacement of the batteries. Fred.
