Okay, this may be a really stupid question, but I didn't see it anywhere, so I had to ask. Was the Mamiya modular press camera a copy of the Graflex XL? I know their first Graflok back appeared to be a direct copy of the XL's. What parts, if any are interchangable between the two?

IIRC, the Mamiya Press came first.
AFAIK no parts interchange, but if the Mamiya has the G frame it will accept roll holders for Graflok backs. The 'S' shaped Mamiya holders require the M frame, will not attach to Graflok backs. |
