I can't seem to get my film dry without getting spots. I've tried photo flo, old windshield wipers and centifugal force....

The spots may be your water. I use a counter top filter that attaches to the faucet, use filtered water to mix chemicals and process films, use approximately 10 drops of photo-flo per 1500ml tank full, have plastic clothespins threaded on a stainless steel cable, and hang the 4x5 negs by one corner. I get spot free 35mm and 120 roll films also, 5 drops photo-flo per 16oz. and weighted roll film clips.
