I have a Copal #0 about 20 years old, and it needs a serious CLA, along with repair of the shutter preview lever. (Can't think of what else to call it.)

Anybody got a favorite repair person they can recommend, either here or by email?

Thanks, Bert. Someone else had also sent me Mr. Grimes' website address, and I talked to him on Friday morning. The box is ready to ship tomorrow morning.

Here's an update:

I shipped out my lens on 7/23 as I said I was going to do. Today I found a UPS sticker on my door when I got home. I went out to UPS and picked up a cleaned and repaired lens/shutter. By my count, that's about a ten-day turnaround, and at a VERY reasonable price.

I'm actually a little bit in shock. I was all set to wait several weeks, and pay more besides.

Yep that's Steve. Even when you tell him there's no rush it comes back faster than most rubber checks.
