Pardon my ignorance, but somewhere I got the notion that the 4x5 Grafmatic holder will only work with the Graphlok back, not the spring back. Is this true? My new/old Crown has the spring back but if it is possible a Grafmatic would be an attractive option. Thanks!

You've probably been reading Graflex propaganda. It's a stretch for the springs but I have used my Grafmatic with my Anny. Just don't leave it there overnight.
