I've already searched the archives...
Do you need to drop the bed when using the the 65mm or 58mm on a Century Graphic? I want to use a wide angle lens for landscapes and occasionally for interior shots when the 100mm is simply too long. |

yes, you have to drop the bed when using the 65 (i have one) on a century or you will have part of the bed in the image.
this isn't necessary with the 80 wf ektar. |

I've never dropped the bed when using the 65mm Optar on my Century Graphic 2x3, and have never had any problem. Suggest you try a few test shots with your setup and see what happens.
