Hi, I inherited several Speed Graphics. Tonight I was trying to figure out how the Grafmatic 23 worked. I checked out the instructions on this site and was able to get it apart and take out all six septums, which looked in pretty good shape.
I put the filmless septums back in and was only able cycle it a couple of times when I realized the third septum was not feeding, so I took it apart again. I was able to get out four septums, but two remain in the very bottom and I am unable to get them out... and I am unable to close the body without damaging the two septums.
What next? Any help appreciated!

Update: I took apart the magazine box and got the septum out. Putting it back together I admit to guessing on the position of the two nutplates. I reread the Grafmatic instructions and was able to cycle all six septums. Will order some Arista/Foma sheet film next to try it out.
