will any Graflex lens board work on my Super Graphic?
I need a Copal 0. I don't need the shutter gadgets- just a plain lens board. _________________ Kip Duff |

Pacemaker 4x5 lens boards made from 1947 through 1957 have two bumps top and two bumps bottom for the locks to fit against.
Super Graphics board locks are on the side so these boards will require a shim be put under the locks to keep the board in place.
Pacemaker lens boards made from 1958 to end of production in 1973 have raised portions on the side in addition to the bumps top and bottom. These boards will work fine with no shims.
Super Graphic lens boards were made from 1958 through 1973 and have the electronic release hardware. They are rare. _________________ The best camera ever made is the one that YOU enjoy using and produces the image quality that satifies YOU. |

I think I get it. I saw the dimples on the various boards. The Pacemakers you mentioned have bumps on all four edges. Otherwise, I hold out for a Super board or I put some tape on the side edges of other boards so they're pushed firmly back into place.
Thanks so much. _________________ Kip Duff |
