|

I am just beginning to use my new to me Super D. The first thing I am noticing is how difficult it is to find the exact focus on the glass. Are there some solutions out there? I am wondering if there is such a thing as a magnifier that can be used with this camera? |

The Super D is a SLR Reflex camera. There will be more post about it and a link to the instruction manual for Graflex SLR cameras in the Reflex Help section.
These cameras were designed for Waist Level use. Washing the view screen may be needed but they are a PITA to remove and reinstall.
The view hood should release at the front with a clip then the hood can be folded up with the door open for cleaning the top surface of the screen.
A trick us older people with weakening eye sight use is to wear a pair of reading glasses two to three powers higher than needed for reading to set focus with. I use my normal reading glasses and put on a second pair in front of them. Works similar to a magnifier in the hood. _________________ The best camera ever made is the one that YOU enjoy using and produces the image quality that satifies YOU. |
