Is there any way of using Polaroid film on a Century Graphic - I suppose I really mean is there a Polaroid holder for the 2x3 Graflok back?

Nope.

I haven't got into this part but the newer consumer polaroid cameras may have potiential to "adapt" to a 23 graphic, but during the heyday of the graphic it was 4x5 all the way.
