I'm looking for information on the "big Bertha" 5x7 home portrait camera. Just bought it. I wonder how many made and whats it worth? I shoot 4x5 a lot. I have a meridian 45b a newer 150mm schneider symmar lens that I like and a super graflex with an 135mm optar. this graflex has a carl ziess 70cm I don't think this lens is coated. Would the home portrait camera be pratical to shoot with? Anybody out there have one? _________________ Randy |

Um, properly speaking a Big Bertha is a long lens SLR built around a large format SLR such as a Graflex. The typical Bertha weighs at least 40 pounds.
I don't have a 5x7 Graflex, have hefted a 5x7 Home Portrait. It can be shot hand held. |
