|
|
I have a Graflex RB Series D in really nice condition (esp. considering its age). I want to keep it that way. If I am not shooting it for a while what is the best setting for the focal plane shutter where it is least likely to suffer. On a lens shutter people usually say B or T setting and not cocked. I was thinking the equivalent here would be on the lowest tension number and set to T.
I have looked around for an answer to this but haven't yet found one, though I apologize if this is the typical greenhorn question answered fifty times already.
Thank you,
Adam |

adam, according to the manual the shutter tension should be released for storage, I assume that it would mean the Tension knob is set to 1 and the
aperture control is set to 0 |

Tension at 1
Curtain closed after open. T> trip shutter, reset mirror, trip again.
