I have a "23" Graphic Knob rollfilm back and I use it but really don't know the exact loading procedure. So here goes:

1. Where do you index the Start point on the film? I see an arrow pointing to the supply roll and assume that is the index point on the holder but how should the film be positioned?
2. Once the film is indexed, to what point is the frame counter set?
