I am new to large format and just purchased a graphic view on Ebay. I was informed there are no film holders included. What type of film holders should I be looking for? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Any modern 4x5 cut film holder will fit and work. Older Graphic Riteway brand holders seem to have withstood the test of time better than wood holders.
If you are looking through ebay, be carefull of wood holders as I've been told have a greater tendancy to leak light, and warp. ( haven't had that experience.....yet)
Also they made glass plate holders out of wood as well and many sellers don't know there's a difference. The ones Folmer Graflex and later Graflex, Inc. made are stamped "Graphic Film holder" or "Graphic Plate Holder"
Chances are if its plastic (or hard rubber) its a film holder |
